The morning run is drafted before I sit down

I connected my mailbox on the first morning. By the second coffee it had read the threads I never filed and asked the question I had been avoiding: who is waiting on us? The answer named three people, and each name opened the email it came from.

Then it drafted the week — the follow-ups, the next campaign step, the one decision that is actually mine to make today. I approve every send; nothing leaves without me.

My own tool starts answering about code nobody pasted

One command in a repository I have lived in for three years: runlog link. The first sync quotes what it will cost before it uploads a byte.

Then the tool I already run — Claude Code, Cursor, either — starts answering about the whole codebase, and every claim opens the file and line it stands on. No new editor, no new habit. The project remembers; my tool just got a memory.

Same meter, same $79. Past the allowance, credits draw at twice cost — and the usage page is the receipt.

My history moved in before I did

I exported my ChatGPT and Claude history — one zip each. They landed as my own documents, one per conversation, readable and mine.

The first question I asked was answered with a citation to a conversation I had last March, somewhere else. I did not start over; everything I had already figured out came with me.

I invited the team and the bill did not move

I invited my cofounder and our first hire. Seats cost nothing — we share one pool of work and one set of limits, and each of us holds our own keys.

When the pool runs low it says what continuing costs before it spends. Nobody discovers the bill; everybody watches the same meter.

Team is $1,500 a month, flat, for unlimited people on one shared pool.

It is still reading when I stop

The desktop app points at my folders — one press on Link, a folder picker, done. While the app is open the folders stay read, and what changed today is part of tomorrow morning’s answer.

The build is new and unsigned while the store signatures clear: macOS opens it with right-click then Open, Windows through "More info". The tray presence and the coding loop in its own window are on the way; what ships today is the same product, sitting on my desk instead of in a tab.
